结构性中年危机（英语：Midlife crisis），简称中年危机，是西洋社会心理学探讨的问题之一。加拿大精神分析学专家埃里奥特·杰奎斯提出，人到中年缺乏自信，为求证明自我，行为奇异。有时近期的一些变故会引发中年危机，如衰老、婚外恋、更年期、父母去世、儿女离家（空巢）、找工作困难等。
