罗伯特·彼得·威廉斯（英语：Robert Peter Williams，1974年2月13日—），是一名英国创作歌手、音乐家及唱片制作人，生于斯塔福德郡特伦特河畔斯托克，曾获葛莱美奖提名、多次赢得全英音乐奖。威廉斯的演艺生涯开始于1989年，15岁的罗比加入了流行乐的接招合唱团成了舞者兼歌手，罗比并于1995年离团，开始单飞生涯。罗比在2009年重回接招合唱团，但参加《Prograss》专辑和巡迴演出后便决定专注个人歌唱事业。
