法兰克·汤玛斯（英语：Frank Thomas，1968年5月28日—），美国职棒大联盟棒球选手，绰号为重伤害（Big Hurt，起因是他在1992年一场主场比赛敲出一发450呎的大号全垒打，主场播报员肯·哈雷尔森戏称他对那颗球造成了重伤害）。 2007年6月28日面对明尼苏达双城投手卡洛斯·席尔瓦击出生涯第500支全垒打，成为美国职棒大联盟第二十一位达成此记录的球员。 2008年季初只在多伦多蓝鸟出赛16场的汤玛斯，在与球队合约到期之后，即转回奥克兰运动家继续在老东家打球，于2010年8月29日正式退役，35号背号为白袜队的永久退役号码。2014年1月8日，首次进入候选提名，以83.7%的得票率，进入美国棒球名人堂。
